Request to Delete Your Account and Personal Data

If you have created an account through the Dreamlife Sim app or any Moneyling service, you may request that your account and all associated personal data be deleted at any time.

Moneyling is committed to privacy, transparency, and compliance with Google Play policies. When you request deletion, we will permanently remove your:

• Dreamlife Sim account (Clerk user profile)
   
• Personal information (name, email, demographic inputs)
   
• Lifestyle, career, and retirement entries
   
• SMART goals and tasks
   
• Financial inputs used in simulations
   
• Any other data stored in our Supabase database
   
• Any linked usage data related to your account
   

Data deletion is permanent and cannot be recovered.

To request deletion of your account and associated data, please contact us directly:

Include the email address associated with your account so we can verify ownership and complete the deletion process.

All verified requests will be processed within 7 business days.

Once we receive your request:

1. We verify the account owner
    
2. We delete your Clerk authentication profile
    
3. We delete all user connection to data in Dreamlife Sim data stored in Supabase
    
4. We send you a confirmation email when the deletion is complete
    

After deletion, you will need to create a new account if you choose to use Dreamlife Sim in the future.
